Life is a crazy journey of ups and downs, wins and losses, hopes and dreams, as well as disappointment. Truth is , the miracle of you in this life is irreplaceable, no other one like it. The pressures of home, work, school, social status , money and health is overwhelming sometimes.

STOP and BREATH ON PURPOSE.
Do this with a peaceful heart of gratitude.
Think about all your wins, achievements, lessons, times you pushed through and let the rest fall off......things that do not contribute to our spiritual, mental or physical wellness are not worth your energy.
In this moment of time, separate all the duties and stresses of life away from your actual existence and just be still with the miracle of the life that was created for you.
Take inventory of all of your life's blessings. Be grateful, let your mind be still, and say thank you for all the people and places that you love. Your miracle will always play in the background of your life, it will always be there to check -in with and reflect and will never leave.
Rest your mind and take grateful inventory of a blessed miracle of your existence.
